**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Manufacturing Development Director** to lead our manufacturing operations in Jalisco, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence, ensuring quality and safety, and promoting sustainability in our distillery, bottling, and agave operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and coach teams to maintain and improve quality operation excellence, EHS, and sustainability procedures.
  • Support and lead projects and activities related to manufacturing business continuity, innovation, and sensory quality.
  • Design and develop plans for business continuity and ensure effective execution.
  • Monitor and improve plant performance levels against operational targets.
  • Lead and manage change effectively, ensuring the successful execution of operational excellence processes and philosophy.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and execute audit processes for EHS, QA, OpEx, risk prevention, and IMS.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Education in Management, Business Acumen, and Coaching.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
