About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Digital Experience to drive our B2B digital strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO strategy development, UX design, and traffic-to-MQL conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and rankings for our 13 B2B websites globally.
  • Oversee the design and user experience of our website to ensure it is user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for traffic-to-MQL conversion.
  • Analyze website performance data and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize website elements and enhance user experience, leading to conversion rate improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is SEO-focused to improve organic traffic month-over-month.
  • Manage the development and implementation of new website features and functionalities.
  • Monitor and report on weekly website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, UX, and conversion optimization trends and standard processes.
  • Mentor and develop a team of developers and a SEO specialist.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in website management, with a strong focus on SEO, UX, and conversion optimization.
  • SaaS or technology roles are strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years managing a WordPress site.
  • Deep understanding of SEO standard methodologies and tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies, including experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely.
  • Experience managing website development projects, including working with developers and designers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with managing an online chatbot to funnel leads to the correct pages and capture incremental MQLs.
  • Experience leading a direct team and large-scale cross-functional projects.
  • A proactive, innovative approach and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Outcome driven with a track record of identifying traffic growth opportunities and accelerating impact.
