**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Trial Manager to join our team at ICON. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all clinical aspects of our studies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Budget Oversight**: Oversee the clinical portion of the budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI.
  • **Effective Study Oversight**: Develop and implement monitoring plans and tools to ensure effective study oversight and minimize risks.
  • **Optimizing Performance**: Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to optimize their performance and drive study success.
  • **Timely Study Start-Up & Enrollment**: Drive enrollment and lead study start-up activities, adhering to timelines and ensuring timely completion.
  • **Improving Study Integrity**: Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans to ensure study integrity and compliance.
  • **Building Productive Relationships**: Foster productive relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role at a CRO (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or a related field (required)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience (required)
  • At least 2 years of monitoring experience (strongly preferred)
  • Global experience, particularly in managing regional operations across LATAM countries (preferred)
  • Experience managing all trial components from start-up to database lock (preferred)
  • Experience in coaching/mentoring CTMs, leading CTM teams, and participating in departmental initiatives (preferred)
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) (required)
