Clinical Trials Manager

The Clinical Trial Manager is a key member of our team at 520 Icr Mexico - Mex, responsible for delivering all clinical aspects of our studies. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical trial management, including budgeting, monitoring, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the clinical portion of the study budget
- Develop monitoring plans and tools
- Train Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
- Drive enrollment and study start-up activities
- Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans
- Liaise with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact clinical delivery
- Provide reporting and metrics on all clinical activities
- Participate in sponsor, investigator, and bid defense meetings
- 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive clinical deliverables of a study
- Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area
- Prior monitoring experience is preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Fluent in local language - both written and verbal
