About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect - Automation to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with internal business customers, Product Managers/Owners, systems analysts, and stakeholders to gather and review requirements.
  2. Analyze and translate business, information, and technical requirements into architectural blueprints that outline solutions to achieve business objectives.
  3. Develop enterprise-level solutions that integrate across applications, systems, and platforms.
  4. Work closely with enterprise architects to develop cloud modernization strategies that align with the organization's business and cloud strategy.
  5. Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of solutions and exploration of solution alternatives.
  6. Analyze the IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
  7. Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision to ensure the system or solution under development is fit for its intended purpose.
  8. Describe the solution context and solution intent, analyze technical trade-offs, determine primary components and subsystems, identify interfaces and collaborations between them, define non-functional requirements, and work with the product team to ensure fitness for purpose.
  9. Develop a roadmap of the evolution of the application portfolio from current to future state.
  10. Provide technical leadership for the evolving architectural capabilities of the entire solution as part of product and project delivery.
  11. Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and design standard software configurations.
  12. Work closely with project or product teams to ensure execution of plans.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years' experience as a Solutions Architect with strong experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
  2. Detailed understanding of network, data, security, and application architecture, and associated best practices and technology.
  3. Enterprise-scale technical experience with public and private cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management required.
  4. Experience in providing solutions using MS Power Platform.
  5. Experience in providing architecture considering dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications on Cloud.
  6. Experience in analyzing business requirements along with government regulations to develop a conceptual network design.
  7. Experience in architecting solutions related to IoT deployment/micro-segmentation.
  8. Good understanding of network devices, security, and capabilities from industry-leading vendors.
  9. Experience with Lean Portfolio Management facilitation at the program, portfolio, and executive level.
  10. Expert in technologies, Client-Servers, and Database related mission-critical business projects.
  11. Mentor and provide knowledge training to team members, report design best practices, coding standards, etc.
  12. Must have significant experience in the application and data architecture domains.
  13. Extensive experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments.
  14. Leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills required, collaborative style with the ability to influence.
  15. Ability to effectively communicate abstract concepts and technical information to both non-technical and technical staff.
  16. A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
  17. A passion for the user experience and their success.
  18. Flexible by nature, able to find a work-around when needed.

Shift Timing: 8AM to 5PM EST
This position requires a valid Canadian Security Clearance. Candidates can be guided through the application process for this clearance, but must successfully obtain the clearance in order to fill the position.
