About the Role:

Micron Technology is seeking a talented DRAM Verification Quality Engineer Leader to join our team.

As a key member of our verification organization, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that the DRAM verification design activities meet the highest standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.
  2. Enable and maintain the JAMA verification requirement management system.
  3. Author verification training programs.
  4. Participate and audit the verification activities and reviews.
  5. Collaborate and conduct occasional off-hour meetings with international team members.
  6. Manage the project verification and silicon fail feedback learning process.
  7. Build solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units, and cross-functional organizations within Micron.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification.
  2. A Bachelor's, or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  3. Effective consultative and influencing approach, including solid technical writing skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Acute project management skills.
  6. Experience with requirements management tools, e.g. JAMA.
