Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer - Welding Specialist to join our team at 899 FLEXTRONICS PLASTICS SA DE CV. Reporting to the Director, Mechanical Engineering, this role involves:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and technologies to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve productivity, and enhance quality.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to develop and implement training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering, with a focus on welding processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with production personnel and cross-functional teams.
