We are seeking a seasoned Senior Paid Social Media Strategist to lead the implementation and development of our paid social channel, driving customer growth while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

About the Role

This pivotal position reports directly to the Paid Social Manager and involves collaborating cross-functionally with Subscriber Acquisition and wider business teams.

  • Dive into technical bid-based buying and optimization across multiple platforms, including Meta, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Own strategy and performance of paid social activity with full operational responsibility.
  • Apply advanced in-platform bidding for optimization and integrate ad tech solutions to automate social buying.
  • Lead Paid Social planning and media-buying across multiple territories, focusing on optimizing functions for high levels of growth with an ROI-focus.
  • Work closely with planning teams to recommend effective growth strategies and budget allocation.
  • Pioneering innovation within the team, leveraging new BETAs and data sources to propel our Paid Social offering forward.
  • Clearly communicate performance and identify key growth levers.
  • Effectively document strategies and approaches to drive common understanding and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and developments.
  • Foster collaboration with other teams and internal stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience delivering success in a similar role, showcasing strong track records.
  • Demonstrated expertise in media strategy and execution within buying platforms, such as Facebook Business Manager, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with app campaigns and Mobile Marketing Attribution (e.g., Kochava, Apps Flyer) is preferred.
  • Proven experience with Direct Response campaigns, highlighting expertise in attribution, conversion tracking, and optimizing towards strict KPI goals.
  • Highly numerate and logical thinker, proficient in using Excel for campaign analysis and recommendations, with experience driving decision-making through analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience driving growth through testing and analytics.
  • Strong appreciation for the marketing funnel and its relationship with specific tactics, along with clear perspectives on tracking, attribution, ad fraud, cookie windows, etc.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with excellent troubleshooting and QA skills – strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Proven project management, self-organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively resolve issues in a dynamic environment.
  • Reasonable availability for responding to requests and attending real-time campaign needs outside regular business hours.
  • Clear communicator who can translate strategy into actionable insights, with additional languages being a plus.
  • The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the country they apply for.
Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package that reflects your exceptional skills and qualifications, with an estimated salary range between $120,000-$160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
