Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage commercial projects, including product development, launch planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand managers, customers, sales, finance, demand planning, R&D, QA, and supply chain.
- Develop and implement commercially attractive and feasible concepts for our brands and private label customers.
- Manage the product portfolio for Private Label, including product lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, and new product development.
- Coordinate change management for local brands and support private label tender processes.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including IPM and CMB processes.
- Academic working and thinking level, with >5 years of working experience in Marketing/Product Management.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with fluency in Dutch and English.
- Private Label and/or Supply Chain experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the dairy and cheese market is preferred.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to switch between a pragmatic approach and conceptual thinking.
- Hands-on approach in administrative processes, both internal and customer.
- Understanding of basic business financials.
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical skills.
- Growth mindset: enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
