As a key member of the 847 Flextronics Manufacturing Juarez S De Rl De Cv team, the Process Engineering Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set up and maintain processing equipment to optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor and audit production lines to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance to operators.
- Conduct test runs and analyze results to identify yield problems and optimize product development.
- Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel to support the development of new products and processes.
- Perform corrective maintenance and follow established escalation procedures.
**Requirements:**
