**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team in effectively managing the execution of transfers and providing exceptional service to our clients while improving internal processes.

As an Operations Analyst, you will participate in the logistical coordination of vehicle transfers to ensure service levels and other key performance indicators. You will be in constant communication with clients and drivers to ensure the proper execution of transfers and to identify improvements that can make transfers and operations more efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage trips and drivers
- Ensure the proper execution of trips
- Resolve operational issues
- Attend to support requests from clients and drivers
- Design processes and routines that help improve internal and client operations
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Analyze relevant information to gain insights

**Requirements**

A bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or related fields and experience in operations, logistics, startups, or fast-growing companies are required. Additionally, intermediate or higher level of English is desirable.
