Job Title: Elite Talent Developer

Location: Remote Opportunity with Global Impact

Create a world-class work environment that attracts and retains top performers. As an Elite Talent Developer, you will be instrumental in driving the company's success at Salesloft.

You will join our fast-growing Customer/Partner Education and Content team, supporting the Customer Organization which encompasses Customer Success, Support, Services, and Alliances teams.

The role involves leading enablement activities and planning for internal teams, engaging directly with senior Customer Organization leaders, utilizing advanced expertise to drive strategic decisions and ensure optimal execution. Collaborate with team members on initiatives, pushing boundaries in program tracking design, implementation, and operationalization.

Lead high-stakes discussions with Customer Organization leaders, providing strategic insights and comprehensive progress reports. Directly influence the Customer Organization's strategies and performance metrics, setting ambitious targets. Develop and refine the Post-Sales enablement process, ensuring industry-leading standards.

Establish yourself as a leading expert in Post-Sales methodology, process, enablement, training, and activation. Oversee the development of skills matrices, advancing the skills enablement program. Work with talented colleagues who embody our 'team over self' core value, and be a key business partner at the forefront of an industry experiencing rapid growth.

Desirable Skills:
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly
- 3 years creating and driving enablement programs and initiatives
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS environment
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of post-sales customer experiences
- Familiarity with learner concepts and post-sales processes (Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Alliances)
- Defined approach to performance coaching
- Strong project management skills
- Passion for developing, implementing, and ensuring adoption of new processes or behaviors
- Experience building instructor-led course materials, including presentations and activity guides
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- Autonomous work habits; we don't micromanage
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Experience with Salesloft is a plus

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including an estimated salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience.
