Role of Business Analysts at Nubank

As a key player in the financial revolution, Nubank relies heavily on Business Analysts to navigate its rapid growth. These professionals are essential in the decision-making process, tasked with managing extensive data and continuously seeking enhancements to the customer experience.

Business Analysts are responsible for organizing data, conducting thorough analyses, and leveraging insights to evaluate various solutions aimed at boosting Nubank's operational efficiency.

We seek individuals who are self-sufficient and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges that may not be immediately apparent.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive investigative work to determine the most relevant data for specific scenarios. If data is lacking, you will need to devise tests or strategies to gather the necessary information; Assist your team in making informed, data-driven decisions by overseeing analyses and outcomes, ensuring project continuity while managing risks effectively; Develop proficiency in handling large datasets to establish a robust foundation for decision-making, acknowledging that not all answers are readily available; Familiarize yourself with our products and their interactions with various departments; Seize opportunities for professional growth and learning from a skilled and knowledgeable team; Engage in a dynamic and complex environment, contributing to projects that significantly impact a broad client base.

Work Model

Our hybrid work model features cycles lasting from two to three months, tailored to business needs. For every eight to twelve weeks of remote work, there will be an in-office requirement.
