Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Regal Rexnord. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly close and quarterly reviews.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and finance teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in cost accounting and financial analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in standard costing, inventory control, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial analysis and budgeting, with ability to develop and maintain financial models.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing floor and ability to analyze data to drive business growth.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
