Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer Aruba Specialist to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in networked systems, including configurations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain networked systems, including configurations and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with vendors for installation of network equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
  • Perform technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, including system integration for LAN/WAN communications
  • Conduct network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Develop and maintain technology components of standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless and Routing Switching
  • Nexus configuration and design experience
  • SD-WAN experience (preferred)
  • Cisco ACI experience (preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of VPN, including site-to-site, remote access client, IPSEC, IKE, tunnel modes, SSL clientless/AnyConnect, and tunnels between ASAs and routers
  • Cisco ACS experience for network Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting
  • Cisco ISE integration with wired data and wireless infrastructure
  • Cisco Enterprise Wireless communication design, configuration, and configuration of Lightweight and Autonomous APs, WLAN Controllers, PRIME, and outdoor/mesh
  • Meraki wireless experience
  • Quality of Service understanding and configuration
  • MPLS Traffic engineering design, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • LDP, TDP, RSVP Label distribution, MPBGP-VPNv4, Multi-VRF, and VRF-Lite
  • Application and WAN Optimization appliance design and configuration
  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE certificate or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented, with initiative to work until job is complete
  • Prior experience working closely with customers and collaborating with IT staff
  • Strong technical account management skills and excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
