As a Chief Engineer D&D, you will be responsible for coordinating and analyzing technical requirements of our customers and developing system concepts with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and analyze technical requirements of customers and develop system concepts with an interdisciplinary team.
- Evaluate technical changes and develop and implement appropriate solutions.
- Bundle the know-how of functions represented and represent these functions in the project team and in the direction of the customer.
- Define system breakdown in terms of hardware, software, and design and commission their project-specific development.
- Analyze correlations and effects and ensure the reliable realization of system properties and release defined component configurations after testing.
Requirements
- A completed degree in Mechatronics Engineering, or physics with a reinforcement in the areas of design, lighting technology, or electronics.
- Strong analytical thinking and more than three years of experience in the development of electronic, optical, or mechanical systems.
- Expertise in at least one of these disciplines and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary design teams with high demands.
- Fluent English and a high disposition to travel and mobility.
- Self-initiative, organized, and ownership.
