Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Android client code solutions that meet product strategy and engineering best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences that are engaging, purposeful, and powerful in their simplicity.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure team commitments are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
- Advocate for the mobile platform through internal and external developer communities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile development, including Kotlin and Swift.
- Mentor junior to mid-level engineers and contribute to group discussions.
- Own and lead delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and architects.
- Share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams.
- Identify technical obstacles and work with the team to find creative solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 4 years of people management experience.
- At least 4 years of experience building Android applications.
- At least 3 years of experience with Kotlin.
