Technical Support Specialist for Cloud Migration

Your RoleYou will be responsible for providing outstanding technical support to a global customer base, focusing on cloud migration. Your tasks will include troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems, debugging, simulations, locating bugs, tool and script development for problem diagnosis, and ensuring system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Document software designs, processes, and troubleshooting procedures comprehensively.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software development using C, C++, or Java.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments for software development and deployment.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in writing and optimizing queries.
