As a key member of Uline's Human Resources team, the Human Resources Manager - Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in driving the company's recruitment and employee engagement strategies. This position will be responsible for leading the effort to attract, retain, and develop top talent to support Uline's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR programs, services, and strategies to support a workforce of over 160 employees.
- Motivate, lead, and develop a team of HR professionals to exceed hiring goals and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
- Collaborate with the branch manager, hiring managers, and HR team members to develop high-growth recruitment strategies, organizational structure, and staffing levels.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, corrective action, and benefits administration.
- Communicate and administer company benefits, compensation plans, and wellness programs.
- Partner with leadership to keep employees engaged, aligned, and motivated to drive company success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- PHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of HR/recruitment manager experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Workday.
- Experience managing HR for a warehouse/distribution and shift environment.
- Ability to travel for job fairs and extended training.
