Key Responsibilities- Support and promote the execution and implementation of continuous process improvement projects
- Coordinate and support Orange, Green Belts, and Operations personnel in developing projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Facilitate kaizen events and support the evaluation and implementation of best practices
- Monitor the implementation and follow-up of the CS Continuous Improvement System
- Work with the operations team to identify opportunities for reducing variation and eliminating waste
- Deploy Lean Manufacturing Tools and Best Practices
- Provide support to Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, etc. to ensure proper data validation prior to obtaining Finance approval
- Sustain, audit, and improve the site Lean Manufacturing system
- Generate CPI project presentations and reports
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Disciplines
- 2 years of experience in Continuous Process or Manufacturing Engineering Environment
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
- Experience leading Projects
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma Tools
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PPT)
- Able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, proactive
- Six Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt)
- SAP
- Financial justification/validation of projects
- Material management
