Job Description

The purpose of the Sales Executive position is to present and involve our guests in the opportunity to become owners of the finest vacation experiences. This role requires a professional sales representative who can effectively showcase our products and services, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare each day to meet guests with proper dress and grooming.
  • Adhere to standard work hours (7am – 4pm).
  • Greet each guest warmly and professionally.
  • Use approved presentation and support materials exclusively.
  • Achieve individual performance guidelines within established time frames.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as specified in training and management direction.
  • Maintain the highest level of product knowledge through required training sessions.
  • Discussions regarding terms and conditions, incentives, points, and pricing are conducted with customers.
  • Effectively gain commitment from guests to purchase.
  • Complete demo and assessment rides with team leaders and sales managers for coaching and motivation purposes.

Qualifications/Competencies:
Bilingual fluency (English-Spanish), flexibility to work varied schedules, and Vacation Ownership Sales Experience are essential.
Exceptional customer service orientation, positive disposition, excellent verbal/written skills, and strong multitasking abilities are necessary.
The ability to build business partnerships, attention to detail, and adaptability to ambiguity are also critical.
