Vacation Sales Representative

The purpose of the Sales Executive position is to present and involve our guests in the opportunity to become owners of the finest vacation experiences. This role requires a professional sales representative who can effectively showcase our products and services, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare each day to meet guests with proper dress and grooming.
- Adhere to standard work hours (7am – 4pm).
- Greet each guest warmly and professionally.
- Use approved presentation and support materials exclusively.
- Achieve individual performance guidelines within established time frames.
- Provide exceptional customer service as specified in training and management direction.
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge through required training sessions.
- Discussions regarding terms and conditions, incentives, points, and pricing are conducted with customers.
- Effectively gain commitment from guests to purchase.
- Complete demo and assessment rides with team leaders and sales managers for coaching and motivation purposes.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Bilingual fluency (English-Spanish), flexibility to work varied schedules, and Vacation Ownership Sales Experience are essential.
Exceptional customer service orientation, positive disposition, excellent verbal/written skills, and strong multitasking abilities are necessary.
The ability to build business partnerships, attention to detail, and adaptability to ambiguity are also critical.
