Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising and training maintenance staff.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • License or certification in a relevant field.
