About the Role

We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join our team at L'Oreal. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key retailers, developing and executing business plans to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement joint business plans with retailers to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at retailers, including category managers and buyers.
  • Provide expert advice and support to retailers on L'Oreal's products and services.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business or administration.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
