Strategic Account Growth Manager

As a Strategic Account Growth Manager at Tesa Tape, Inc., you will be responsible for driving over-proportional growth at key accounts. This involves identifying and engaging decision-makers and influencers, as well as being a leading point of contact for account management, quotes, projects, and cross-BU facilitation. You will work closely with the ITC team and key stakeholders to solve customer problems and deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales and/or marketing, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. You will be responsible for coordinating company efforts related to strategic accounts, meeting or exceeding established sales objectives and goals, and understanding and communicating strategic account requirements and needs throughout the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain key account plans to meet or exceed sales objectives and goals.
  • Coordinate company efforts related to strategic accounts, including sales development, contracts/pricing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and communicate strategic account requirements and needs throughout the organization.
  • Foster collaboration within the ITC team and key stakeholders to solve customer problems and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Effectively maintain customer data in Tesa's CRM system(s) by reporting promptly on sales calls, customer needs, competitive activity, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree and/or relevant industrial sales experience.
  • Relevant industrial sales experience of at least 8 years combined experience in industrial sales and/or marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence complex organizational structures.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex business negotiations and develop contracts/supply agreements.

**Language Requirements:** Excellent Spanish language capability (verbal/written) required. Must be proficient in English language (verbal/written).
