Job Summary

Aptiv Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and manage a team of professionals in the maintenance and security of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance department employees
  • Establish and implement computerized systems to monitor equipment performance and control facility status
  • Train and supervise employees to ensure they are equipped to perform their functions
  • Coordinate work performed by external suppliers
  • Develop and implement efficient repair programs and review repair cost estimates
  • Prioritize maintenance and repairs to company equipment and parts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or similar
  • Advanced English language skills
  • More than 4 years of experience in maintenance management
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and diagrams
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
