Collection Access and Resource Sharing Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Collection Access and Resource Sharing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic and innovative solutions to maximise access to global content and collections through resource sharing, facilitated and collaborative collections, and partnerships.
  • Manage a range of strategic and operational activities including system and interoperability testing, inter-library lending, document delivery, and 'Scan and Send' service.
  • Provide leadership to the Collection Access and Resources Sharing Team to enable the delivery of high-level and professional services and effective achievement of the Library's priorities.
  • Support the Library Technologies, Discovery and Access Manager in the delivery of the Library's operations and practice and manage collection access and resource sharing functions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in motivating and developing a high-performing team.
  • Expertise in resource sharing, collection access, and library technologies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with content providers, platforms, consortia, and global initiatives.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of innovative collection access and resource sharing services.
