Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director to join our team at Lear Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of financial systems and ensuring seamless integration with our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot technical issues with financial systems and identify areas for process improvement
  • Liaise with IT to clarify finance functional specifications and propose process enhancements
  • Document detailed functional requirements, including "as is" and "future" process flows, to satisfy business requirements and government changes
  • Identify functionality gaps in systems and/or financial processes and develop project implementation plans
  • Develop testing plans for process changes and administer finance's completion of plans as necessary
  • Perform and coordinate project-based financial analysis and modeling to support reporting of operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Five+ years of experience in financial planning/analysis with a strong financial analysis background and proven career progression
  • Recent experience in Information Technology finance or accounting, with IT project management skills
  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills
  • Able to travel and multitask
