**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Logistics Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing logistics data to support cost control, cost reduction, and production record systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze logistics data using methods such as data mining, data modeling, or cost or benefit analysis to support studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and internal customers across the business unit to acquire a better understanding of the business and customers.
  • Identify the concerns of the customer, probe for answers, and actively listen to understand the customers' business.
  • Create standard work documents for manufacturing processes and update PFMEA.
  • Support launch stages for product and process validation and participate in NPI meetings and new projects evaluation.
  • Collaborate with teams to create and update layouts for operative areas.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including equal opportunity and affirmative action employment practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, operations management, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and internal customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 10% of the time.
