This senior role involves overseeing the assembly process, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, with experience working with heavy equipment and quality control tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the assembly process, including setup and adjustments to meet blueprint specifications.
  • Ensure all hands-on manufacturing tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Interact with colleagues and internal/external customers in a positive and respectful manner.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of previous manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive repairs or similar environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical skills, including experience with tooling and assembly using heavy equipment.
  • Quality control skills, including experience with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in Tijuana, Mexico.
