The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in senior management within Ground and Rail, proven leadership skills, and expertise in developing integrated supply chain & logistics solutions relevant to Ground and Rail.
This position involves working across regions, leading and developing teams, and possessing mature judgement and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for influencing customer relationships and driving business growth.
Main areas of focus include collaborating with product regional leadership to define sales targets, communicating product strategy, and delivering product training. The successful candidate will also lead business development for X border & Multimodal product, promote up-sell across regions, and be the Voice of Customer to operations.
