Job Title: Senior Convention and Group Sales Director

About the Role:
Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Convention and Group Sales Director to oversee the work of the Sales Coordinators and the Groups Coordinator, working with the hotel to achieve pre-established goals.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a complete Graduate Degree or MBA in Management, Hospitality, or Marketing, with fluent English and a second language desirable. Previous sales and events/banquets experience, preferably in a hotel, and experience in leadership and team supervision positions are essential. Your ability to analyze and manage multiple tasks, manage stress situations, and solve problems quickly and efficiently will also be valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities:
This is a senior role that requires strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent written and verbal communication. As an Assistant Director of Events and Conventions, you will be responsible for overseeing the Groups and Sales Coordinators team, who handle events in the hotel, ensuring quality and efficiency of services. Your key responsibilities will include supervising the work of the Sales Coordinators, visiting customers with the Sales Manager, getting involved in negotiations for groups and events, coordinating the function meeting, and being responsible for the weekly communication meeting with the coordinators.
