Overview
PepsiCo is a global food and beverage leader that is committed to being a force for good in the world. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Back Office Analyst.
This role is responsible for the full-cycle of the pre-offer and pre-hire processes for South Cone, Andean, and Caricam markets. The successful candidate will work closely with our SDTS, MBS, and local teams to deliver correct screening and sourcing aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the back-office of the need-to-hire process, initiating requests through our ATS system.
- Develop and negotiate offer terms, including compensation, sign-on bonuses, vacation time, and benefits.
- Support approvals for levels and sign-on bonuses.
- Review offers, complete governance checks, and follow up on outstanding questions.
- Steward the process of manager-offered candidates.
- Manage scheduling processes for all countries in scope.
- Manage the pre-hire process.
- Periodically review and manage open requisition reports for accuracy.
- Deliver services at defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish (written and verbal skills), with Portuguese desirable.
- Previous intermediate experience with high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level.
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products.
