We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams in the development of automotive software. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project goals, collaborating with software and hardware development functions, and managing project risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project goals and objectives with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Collaborate with software and hardware development functions to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Develop and track project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting
  • Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure timely delivery of project goals and targets
  • Develop and maintain project documentation to meet internal and customer quality standards
  • Ensure system development, validation, and delivery meet guidelines and processes
  • Organize project meetings and ensure project status is reported to upper management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 6+ years of professional experience in project management
  • 4+ years of experience in project management of automotive projects
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • ASPICE Knowledge
  • Familiarity with automotive coding rules
  • Experience with source control management tools
  • Knowledge of scripting languages
