Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Development Specialist to join our team in this exciting role As a key member of our Engineering Services team, you will assist our engineers in product development through building and debugging prototype units, providing feedback, and contributing to the development of project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, debug, and/or operate unique fixtures or apparatus to aid in the debugging and/or validation of designs;
  • Aid engineers in component selection, component evaluation, and schematic entry;
  • Work independently to debug software or hardware by thoroughly testing for all possible input and output conditions to verify functionality;
  • Record results and test hardware per a Level One test plan;
  • Assist in the development of project documentation;
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public;
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages;
  • Ability to write simple correspondence;
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
