This RoleThe Collections Supervisor is responsible for streamlining our collections process, ensuring timely account recovery and maintaining a healthy portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing early delinquency accounts through digital communication channels.
- Coordinating with external collection agencies to recover older delinquent accounts.
- Measuring and analyzing agency performance to optimize collection strategies.
- Providing regular reporting and analytical insights to support decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in collections management, team leadership, and customer services.
- Proficiency in collection management software and tools, as well as Google or MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in performance measurement and strategy evaluation.
