Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Consultant to join our Environment and Health department in Monterrey, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting clients with EHS and ESG services, primarily focusing on Mexico and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting and pursuing business opportunities in the EHS and ESG space
- Managing projects, clients, and deliverables with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating thought leadership through activities such as presenting and publishing scientific findings, preparing client alerts, and participating in industry events
- Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines and business units to deliver integrated solutions
- Guiding staff in their careers and promoting staff development within the team
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish language proficiency
- A bachelor's degree or master's degree in EHS-related fields (chemical, environmental, mechanical, civil, geology, biology, etc.)
- At least 10 years of experience in EHS-related matters, including environmental Due Diligence, Equator Principles, EHS auditing, and EHS permitting
- Deep knowledge of multi-media environmental compliance topics and general understanding of Mexican federal and state regulations
- Willingness/ability to travel up to 30% of the time on average during the year, with a valid driver's license and passport
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
