Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Compliance Analyst to join our team at Steelcase. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our compliance calendar, managing translation projects, and coordinating learning campaigns to support our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance calendar and dashboards on Spark and public compliance pages.
  • Manage translation projects, including quoting, monitoring the quality of translations, coordinating with internal reviewers, and delivering project updates.
  • Support and coordinate ESG reporting activities as needed.
  • Manage learning campaign administration, including:
    • Establishing the project site with task details, assignments, due dates, and task notes/attachments if needed.
    • Establishing weekly team meetings.
    • Managing the compliance deliverables, including course content, roster development, and communications.
    • Preparing and publishing the learner feedback survey.
    • Assisting Steelcase and subsidiary employees with SteelcaseU issues.
    • Reviewing the native Docebo (SteelcaseU) campaign report and summarizing launch-to-date statistics.
    • Capturing and tracking process issues for continuous improvement management.
    • Providing ad hoc compliance team research and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Previous experience as a project coordinator or compliance analyst.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, etc.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and visualization development.
  • Proven experience in process management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in campaign or communications management.
  • Previous experience with LMS platforms and Articulate 360.
  • Previous experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI or Tableau).
