Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Project Professional to join our team at OP Mobility. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities related to development and launched programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Lead sourcing activities for BOM components, negotiating optimal pricing and terms with suppliers.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with Purchasing procedures and policy.
  • Issue and analyze RFQs from approved suppliers, issuing subsequent purchase orders as needed.
  • Assist in resolving production, design, quality, and delivery problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation as required by applicable purchasing procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry environment or CPM certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of Purchasing or Program Purchasing experience preferred.
  • Ability to collect, maintain, and analyze data, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
