Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to provide general administrative and technical management on-site for a wide range of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and directing construction and related activities within their assigned area of responsibility, which may include a single-project area, multi-task area, or multi-disciplinary area.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that assigned on-site operations comply with design/specifications, are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Interact with all other field administrative personnel, field management personnel, and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field + 6 years or equivalent experience and/or education.
- Experience as a project superintendent for data center or industrial projects.
