Project Manager for Major Construction Projects

Job Overview
Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead major construction projects from design phases to construction execution. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in project management and a strong background in civil, architectural, or engineering fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead current and future engineering projects, including facilities, utilities, and machine transfers, to deliver outstanding and highly efficient systems at our manufacturing sites.
- Set direction and manage cost, schedule, and resources for different projects.
- Lead project reviews with key stakeholders and project leaders.
- Learn and master P&G project management tools, capital systems, cost control, and construction methodologies.
- Guarantee good manufacturing practices (BPF) in the manufacturing products by giving feedback on change controls, owning action plans, and respecting compliance with standards of cleanliness, behavior, and clothing.

Job Qualifications
- Eligible to work in Irapuato, Guanajuato.
- 3-4 years of experience in project and construction roles.
- Team orientation, "can-do" attitude, and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
- Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others.
- Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
