**Accounts Payable Supervisor Opportunity**

At Lear Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process activities in a timely and accurate manner to comply with SOX regulations and GBS Mexico Guidelines. You will also ensure that invoices are processed and paid on time for freight and commercial suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Standardize and streamline processes and controls.
  • Maintain key process indicators to measure efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain detailed procedures and documentation to support internal and external audit requests.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team and coordination with other GBS departments.
  • Proficiency of accounting guidelines and SOX controls.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, data analysis and problem solving.
  • Ability to motivate team members.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize core competencies.
  • Self-starter with a focus on process improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Knowledge in SAP, QAD, Coupa and Lear Financial suite of systems.
  • +3 years of related professional work experience and +1 year of experience as supervisor.
  • Proficient in computer software Office. Excellent skills in excel (spreadsheet enthusiast and fast).
