Bepc Inc is seeking a highly accomplished and seasoned professional to fill the role of Facilities Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing diverse projects related to operation transfers, start-ups, new product development (NPD), and research and development (R&D).
**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead and coordinate complex and high-impact projects across various engineering domains, including manufacturing, process, equipment maintenance, product, facilities, and operations.
• Develop and implement cost-saving analysis, R&D NPD, equipment process automation, web converting, silicon dipping, technologies acquisitions, vertical integrations, operation manufacturing site transfers, supplier quality, and facility management and construction strategies.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to maximize productivity and effectiveness of multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project objectives, develop project plans, and ensure timely completion.
**Requirements**
• 4+ years of experience in facilities management, project management, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, including project management, project automation management, Six Sigma, R&D, NPD, qualification and validation, and bilingual communication.
• Excellent business skills, including cost analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
