**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead pipeline development for skincare innovation and quality improvement programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.
  • Develop and implement product development strategies, focusing on clinically proven key ingredients and innovative formulations.
  • Manage formula submissions to internal and external partners, track evaluations, and relay feedback to the team and contract manufacturers.
  • Lead bi-weekly product development and operations meetings, ensuring timely updates and progress on product development.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members, including marketing, regulatory, operations, packaging, and creative teams.
