About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Product Manager to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision for product and maintain the product roadmap, partnering closely with the dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently.
  • Serve as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.
  • Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership for a feature/product, its performance, and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience.
  • Help establish, motivate, and coach a world-class team of product managers, representing the team's needs, providing coaching and mentoring, and building an exciting and engaging culture to enable the team to deliver amazing results.

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Experienced Product Management professional.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Enterprise Tax software experience is strongly preferred, but Trade or Supply Chain, ERP's, Workflow, Finance, Real Estate, or other B2B domains is a significant plus.
