About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AR Analyst to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As an AR Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate collection of cash from customers, while maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage assigned portfolios by analyzing and resolving variances, and compiling a list of necessary adjustments with backup documentation.
  2. Support the collections process to meet or exceed established monthly and yearly collection goals through timely invoice resolution and directing cash applications.
  3. Communicate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with internal teams, and provide updates to senior leadership on payments.
  4. Identify and facilitate resolution with customers for non-payment, and provide guidance on complex issues for problem resolution.
  5. Build effective working relationships with internal and external clients, including BPOs, and maintain contact information and customer-specific instructions for accounts in portfolio.
  6. Create and analyze AR aging reports, and address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies.
Requirements
  1. Fluent in English.
  2. 1 to 3 years' experience in Account Receivables reconciliations/Collections.
  3. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field is preferred.
  4. Quick problem solver, team player, good time management skills.
  5. Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
  6. Experience in SAP ERP preferred.
  7. Great organizational and interpersonal skills.
  8. High level of analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  9. Complete understanding of the Order to Cash process.
  10. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  11. Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently.
  12. Proven track record in meeting deadlines.
