We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Eastman. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze production data to optimize process performance.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training programs.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
- Proven track record of process improvement and cost reduction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of production and maintenance processes, including extrusion and plastics.
- Proficiency in office software, statistical software, and manufacturing execution systems.
