**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Solutions Consultant to join our Treasury and Capital Markets team at Finastra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert consulting and client-facing services to our customers, helping them to understand the value of our solutions and identify opportunities for growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Global Solutions Consultant, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Support the Sales organization in proving the value of our solutions to customers through expert consulting and client-facing engagements.
- Develop a reputation for deep product and domain knowledge, becoming a trusted adviser for clients and sales alike.
- Provide product strategy insights and assist in identifying whitespace in the Treasury and Capital Markets landscape.
- Support strategic account reviews, Sales Development Reps, Account Executives, and Sales Executives with upsells, renewals, new contracts, and provide guidance on pricing.
- Identify product growth opportunities and develop a reputation for deep product and domain knowledge.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong client-focus and impeccable professional integrity.
- English and Spanish proficiency (required), Portuguese (plus).
- Strong knowledge of Treasury and Capital Markets.
- Cross-asset experience, including fixed income, foreign exchange, both exchange-traded and over-the-counter derivatives.
- 5 to 7 years of experience with banks, technology providers, or consulting firms, including one or more of Finastra's core Treasury & Capital Markets Applications (Kondor, Opics, Summit, Risk).
- Experience in the selection and implementation processes of a core treasury and capital markets solution.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of current business/industry, including relevant regulations, business drivers, and evolving business needs.
- Self-driven, self-taught individual with strong motivation to excel in identified pursuits.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 75%).
- Must be curious about innovation and Fintech ecosystem, willing to learn and develop.
- Team player spirit is essential.
**Education/Certifications**
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline, advanced degree is desirable or equivalent experience. Formal training in presentation skills preferred.
