Cybersecurity Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Deployment Specialist to join our team at IBM Consulting. As a key member of our Client Innovation Centers, you will work closely with clients to deliver deep technical and industry expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Key Responsibilities- Provide deployment advisory services, including best practice design, recommendations, and configurations for Zscaler solutions.
- Assist with testing or troubleshooting configuration for ZIA and ZDX and escalate to support as required.
- Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and document steps to replicate for Support and Operations teams.
- Analyze complex security issues and develop and engineer activities to help mitigate risk and collaborate with different teams, including GRC, Endpoint, VMS, SOC, and CSIM.
- Understand rule revalidation and hardening strategies for platforms.
- Requires 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security.
- Deep understanding of networking or security in Enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of how to navigate technical and architectural discussions.
- Familiarity with authentication systems, such as LDAP and MS Active Directory.
- Familiarity with IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols.
- Familiarity with Proxy and SSL.
- Hands-on knowledge with network troubleshooting using tools, such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and Traceroute.
- Experience with NGFW technologies, such as Palo Alto, Forcepoint, Fortinet, and Cisco.
- Experience with IPS technologies, such as Trellix and Tipping point.
- Certifications in previous technologies, such as ZIA, ZPA, PCNSA, PCNSE, and NSE4.
