We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Operations Lead to join our Finance team at Salesforce, Inc. As a key member of our Global Business Services organization, you will be responsible for leading operational performance and objectives specifically focused within Sales and Marketing functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as the day-to-day escalation point for all supported business units, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Own and execute SLAs, customer satisfaction, and metrics for supported processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Partner with GBS BI to prepare operational and executive-level reports, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Identify and prioritize process improvements, collaborating with enablement teams to maintain a library of policy and process documents.
  • Develop and lead a team of Global Shared Services employees across supported functions, maintaining dashboards and reports for real-time operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to build and craft new processes or improvements, documenting and training changes to existing processes.
  • Audit processes and reporting to ensure compliance, identifying process and performance defects.
  • Conduct site visits for onshore and offshore locations, advising the business on standard methodologies and available tools for process management.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management, highlighting performance and providing executive-ready insights.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of finance and operations principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and build high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize process improvements.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis, with the ability to prepare and present complex data insights.
