Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess responses given by a retail assistant in response to customer questions, following project-specific guidelines.
- Compare and contrast two replies based on parameters such as safety, relevance, usefulness, and alignment with the virtual assistant's tone and style.
- Choose the most suitable response or determine if both are unsatisfactory.
This is a freelance opportunity with a flexible schedule, requiring a minimum of 1 hour/day, maximum 4 hours/day, 3 days a week. You will work remotely and have the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects tailored to your skills and availability.
The workload is based on project needs, and weekly hours may vary. As a Freelance AI Response Evaluator, you will be part of our dynamic network and have the chance to enhance global user experiences and apply your language skills in meaningful ways.
Requirements- Fully proficient in Spanish
- Must be located in Mexico
- Dedicate a minimum of 6 hours per week to the project
- Linguistic competency in the target language equal to ILR Level 5 or CEF C2
- Advanced competency in English to follow instructions and communicate with our team
- Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably previous experience in the e-commerce field
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform sufficient research within allocated time, working within short throughputs
- Reliable computer system and internet connection
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality
- Must pass training and a required quality test before starting work
